About this Event
If you're dealing with workplace discrimination, retaliation, or being pushed out of a job, you know how overwhelming it feels. The stress follows you home, it can even keep you up at night. Figuring out what to do next, on your own, can feel impossible.
This small-group workshop introduces the Pro Se Navigator, an AI-assisted tool I designed to help you:
- Build your narrative — Organize your story into a clear, coherent account of what happened
- Assemble your evidence — Identify and structure the documents, emails, and records that support your case
- Create your timeline — Map out key events so you can see the full picture and spot patterns
You'll also hear directly from me. I've spent the past two years successfully navigating the EEOC process on my own, and I'll share what I've learned, answer your questions, and help you understand your options, whether you're considering filing a complaint, talking to an attorney, or just trying to make sense of your situation.
This is not legal advice. It's sharing the practical knowledge I've gained and peer support from someone who's been through it.
Limited to 10 participants to allow for personalized attention and open discussion.
What's included:
- 90-minute hands-on workshop
- 1:1 follow-up call with me
- 30-day access to a private peer support community
- PDF with helpful links and resources
Come with your questions. Leave with clarity.
