Modern life keeps us worrying about the future, replaying the past, and living in a constant stress cycle. In this workshop, we’ll explore how yoga, breath, movement, and mindfulness can help bring the body and mind back into the present moment—where safety and ease actually live. 💛
What we’ll explore together:
🌀 The stress cycle & nervous system basics
Learn what’s happening in your body during stress and how to gently down-regulate.
🌬 Breath & awareness practices
Diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, bee breath, alternate nostril breathing, and simple mindfulness tools you can use anytime.
🧘♀️ Movement for regulation
Breath-led flow, slow and somatic movement, bilateral movement, shaking, and rocking to release stored tension.
🧠 Mindfulness & emotional support
You’ll practice naming emotions, creating space between reaction and response, and learning how to comfort yourself with more compassion.
🛌 Deep rest & grounding
Restorative poses, legs up the wall, child’s pose, savasana, self-massage/tapping, and gentle nervous system settling.
