From Shots to Stories: A Youth Guide to Building Portfolios and Documentary is a hands-on workshop for youths who want to turn strong images into meaningful visual narratives. Conducted in partnership with Nikon as part of the outreach programme for the 10th Edition of SYPA, the session introduces the fundamentals of documentary photography while guiding participants on how to curate a cohesive portfolio.
Through practical exercises, discussions, and expert guidance, participants will learn how to sequence images, and tell compelling stories rooted in real experiences. Ideal for emerging photographers looking to build confidence, clarity, and purpose in their work.
