About this Event
We are living in times that feel intense, uncertain, and emotionally charged. This workshop is an invitation to turn toward what is real — to meet fear, grief, and disconnection directly, and to reconnect with presence, courage, and aliveness.
Rather than avoiding what feels difficult, we slow down and learn to stay with experience in a supported and embodied way. From that place, something softens and opens.
We will move through themes of fear and courage, grief and loss, numbness and reawakening, and the ways we disconnect from ourselves and each other in times of pressure and change.
The work is experiential and embodied, using breath, movement, meditation, expressive practices, and relational witnessing. These practices support a deeper return to presence, honesty, and inner connection.
This is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about meeting ourselves more fully, and allowing what is held inside to move and transform.
You are invited to come as you are.
