Bernadette is a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Energy Healing Practitioner, trained in Inner Child and Past Life Regression, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Spiritual Meditation. She weaves together hypnosis, somatic release, music, movement, and compassionate self-inquiry to guide people home to their hearts and bodies.
