The seminar is taught by Patrick Kappel of the Kappel Realty Group at Compass. Patrick is a retired United States Navy Lieutenant Commander and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He started his Navy career as an enlisted sailor prior to earning his commission. Patrick bought his first property as a young Ensign and has grown his real estate portfolio to more than 13 rental units in San Diego.
