We’ll start with hands in the dough — learning how to make fresh pasta from scratch, the way we do it back home in Italy. Simple ingredients, real technique, a little flour on your dress (it’s part of the magic 😉).
While we cook, we sip, we chat, we laugh… and then the vibe slowly shifts.
