Meet Your Instructors:

Lia Mancao, LCSW
Lia is a Los Angeles-based therapist and founder of Alyssa Marie Wellness. She brings direct experience launching and operating a solo private practice and has written for reputable outlets including The Knot, mindbodygreen, and Wondermind. In this workshop, Lia will cover required documentation for starting a private practice, foundational setup, and building ethical digital visibility.

Lauren Turner, LCSW

Lauren specializes in helping clinicians develop and refine their niche with clarity and intention. She will guide participants through early decision-making, common pitfalls, and considerations around team-building and alternative practice structures, including nonprofit versus cash-pay models.

Lynnea Molina, LCSW

Lynnea is a Bay Area-based therapist and owner of the group practice MindfullyWell Therapy, as well as the founder of a clinician-focused rental and coworking space. She brings hands-on experience scaling a practice, hiring clinicians, and operating therapist rental spaces within a property she owns. Lynnea will teach on scaling your practice, expanding beyond one-to-one therapy, and navigating private pay and insurance models.

Ticketing & Registration Considerations
Tickets will be released in tiers, including early bird registration, a bring-a-friend discount, general admission, and last-minute pricing. Early bird tickets are limited and will close once capacity is reached, so we recommend registering early to secure the discounted rate. Space is limited, as the workshop will take place in a three-office therapeutic suite.
