There comes a moment in many women’s lives when the body speaks a little louder, asking for rest, honesty, and a new way of being.
This uplifting and playful women’s circle is a space to reconnect with yourself, your emotions, and your body. Together, we’ll explore what it means to move through overwhelm and into a more nourishing way of living, one that feels softer, truer, and more aligned.
What to expect:
* Guided meditation, journaling & storytelling
* Reiki & womb healing: gentle movement to balance our energy
* Laughter yoga: laughter is optional and very contagious!
* Fun activities to connect with yourself and others

About Your Host
Monika is a Calgary-based yoga teacher and facilitator with a passion for creating meaningful, accessible experiences that bring people together.
Over the past decade, Monika has been hosting retreats, outdoor yoga sessions, women’s circles, and team-building workshops for companies in Calgary. Her approach blends gentle movement, breathwork, and community connection in a way that feels both supportive and uplifting. She’s excited to welcome you into this special experience.
