For your starter, fire up the grill with fish souvlaki, tender garlic and herb kingklip skewers served alongside crisp zucchini fries and cooling tzatziki.
For the main event, roll up your sleeves to prepare keftedes, juicy Greek meatballs paired with spanakorizo (spinach rice) and finished with a silky tyrokafteri (feta chilli dip) sauce.
End your evening with a sweet classic, galaktoboureko, flaky layers of phyllo pastry filled with semolina custard and drizzled with cinnamon syrup for the perfect finish.
