❄️WHAT TO EXPECT🔥
A meditative, phone-free journey.
Let the music move you and dance in ways that FEEL good. Letting go of how we look, and moving our body freely.
Starting with a DJ set with a variety of music- to bring us on a journey of transformation as we transition from winter, and welcome in the light.
We will then move into some live music where you are free to continue dancing, or slow down, stretch, listen, sing along, and enjoy.
From here we will unwind and relax with a soothing sound bath with singing bowls, flute, and other instruments.
We’ll close the evening by sharing some songs together, to finish in connection. There is no pressure to sing... you can listen or dance, and just be!
❄️WHAT TO BRING🔥
-comfy & cozies for sound bath (mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering etc)
-water bottle
-dress comfortably and in layers
-instruments (optional)
❄️GUIDELINES🔥
-shoe free dance floor
-phone free dance floor
-no talking during the dance + sound bath (except in lobby area)
-no photos or videos
-no touching others without consent
-get a clear yes before dancing with others
-audible noises are welcome

ASHTIIKA is a lover or art, nature, connection & co-creation. Grateful to be a mother, a teacher, & life long student- exploring hypnosis, somatics, breathwork, sound healing & therapeutic movement. Dancing since the age of 3, breaking free from the competitive dancing world, and embracing free flow movement and liberation. Ashtiika is honoured to be holding space for authentic expression and connection.
BABASHASHA is a multi-faceted DJ on Turtle Island. His various reaches of music and style reflect a deeply complex and curious personality. Playing anything from WestCoast/UK Bass, DnB/Jungle, Reggae/HipHop and House/Techno, Babashasha has a wide catalogue of music for any crowd.
SKYSEED is a conscious hip-hop artist known for creating catchy, uplifting, and empowering music. Meaningful, relatable, and rhythmic lyrics are thoughtfully woven into each song.
