We offer a conservative track with nasal-only breathing and smaller ranges of motion, along with breaks as needed.
Aftercare
Post-workshop, we encourage you to drink water, eat nourishing food, engage in simple movements or a short walk, and journal any insights. Emotional waves can continue for 24 to 48 hours, so reach out if you need support.
