Guided by Gillian Arnold, you will learn a professional no sew technique that ensures your lampshade is completed within the day and finished to a high standard. This method has been refined through more than 15 years of making lampshades within her design business, and she enjoys sharing the practical skills and industry insight that give others the confidence to create pieces for their own homes.
Each participant will be provided with a dome lampshade frame and a curated selection of trimmings. You are invited to bring your own fabric that works beautifully within your existing colour scheme and interior style. If you are unsure, Gillian will have a selection of fabrics available to purchase on the day.
Have an old shade that no longer suits your space? You are welcome to get in touch about revamping an existing frame. Transforming something dated into a contemporary statement piece is often one of the most satisfying parts of the process.
