Yoga Nidra & Grounding Sound Immersion
Before you grow, you need stability.
This session is about slowing down, settling your nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner center.
We’ll begin with guided meditation and intention setting to clarify what truly matters to you right now. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey, allowing your subconscious to reset and your personal Sankalpa (soul intention) to take root.
The experience closes with a grounding sound immersion designed to anchor your energy and create lasting inner stability for the year ahead.
This isn’t a quick reset.
This is structure for your soul.

THE SPRING FLOURISH
Equinox Sound Bath
The earth is waking up.
And so are you.
Just after the Spring Equinox and the season’s first New Moon, we gather to release the heaviness of winter and step into the lighter, brighter energy of renewal.
We’ll open with breathwork and intention setting, then move into a full sound journey designed to clear stagnant energy and awaken your natural flow.
This is your invitation to:

This is not a performance.
This is a nervous system reset.
During your experience, you’ll rest comfortably while healing frequencies move through the space and your energy field.
