About this Event
Ever wonder how a script becomes a finished film or what it’s like inside a Hollywood writers’ room? Join us in conversation with Hollywood alumni Eric Bergman and Steve Kriozere. Eric, a post-production pro whose credits include Hit Man, Birdman, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Buddy Games, has helped shape some of the biggest (and quirkiest) movies of the last decade. Steve, a TV writer-producer behind shows like NCIS, Castle, The Librarians, and the cult-favorite Femme Fatales, knows how to create unforgettable stories. Together, they’ll share career advice and answer your questions. Don’t miss this behind-the-scenes look at how scripts become screens!
is a New York–born post-production maestro who plays a pivotal role in shepherding films from the editing room to the big screen. As a post-production supervisor, he collaborates closely with directors, editors, and studios to lead everything from editorial work and CGI to sound, color timing, legal clearances, and final mastering. His impressive credits include Hit Man, Birdman (or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Buddy Games. With his sharp eye for both creative flow and logistical finesse, Eric ensures films finish on time, on budget, and true to the director’s vision.
is a TV writer-producer and seasoned storyteller best known for scripting crimes and plot holes you can actually fall into from the comfort of a writers’ room. His credits include NCIS, Castle, The Librarians, Pandora and the cult-favorite Femme Fatales, which he co-created. He’s also written for Sliders, V.I.P., and the Spider-Man Animated Series, among others. His latest project, NITE RIDE, follows a Gen Z bike messenger on a surreal, high-speed chase through L.A.—a city Steve knows intimately from his own late-night rides through back alleys, graffiti-blasted ghost zones and storm drains that whisper secrets if you listen closely.
