đ Session 1 â Emotional Awareness: Listening to the Body
đ Observe without judging
We begin by slowing down and turning inward. Through grounding, breathwork, body scans and very gentle movements, youâll learn to notice where emotions live in your bodyâespecially tension, frustration, or anger.

⢠Developing emotional awareness
⢠Recognizing physical sensations linked to emotions
⢠Creating safety in the body
This session lays the foundation: before transforming an emotion, we must first see it.
đ Session 2 â Emotional Acceptance: Welcoming What Is
đ¤ Allowing instead of resisting
Here, we explore how to welcome emotions instead of pushing them away. Using fluid belly dance movements, circles, and grounding exercises, youâll give space to emotions to exist without shame or fear.

⢠Building trust with your body
This is where emotions begin to shift naturallyâbecause they are finally allowed to move.
đĽ Session 3 â Emotional Release & Transformation: From Fire to Power
⥠Moving anger, reclaiming strength
This session is more dynamic and expressive. We consciously work with anger and inner fire, using strong, rhythmic, and earthy movements to release stored emotional energy and transform it into vitality, confidence, and assertiveness.

⢠Healthy expression of anger
⢠Reclaiming personal power
⢠Turning intensity into creative energy
Anger becomes fuel, not something to suppress.
đş Session 4 â Embodied Expression: Owning Your Feminine Energy
đ¸ Letting your authentic movement emerge
Now that the emotional energy has shifted, we explore free, intuitive expression. Participants are guided into improvisation, emotional storytelling through movement, and feminine presence.

⢠Connecting emotion, music, and movement
This session is about being seen by yourself, fully embodied.
⨠Session 5 â Integration & Celebration: Anchoring the Transformation
đ Embodiment, connection, and closure
The final session is a ritual of integration and celebration. Through gentle dance, grounding practices, reflection, and group connection, we anchor the transformation into daily life.
