About this Event
From Fear to Flourishing with AI
In this immersive workshop we invite you to shift from fear and uncertainty about artificial intelligence toward curiosity, creativity, and life-centered flourishing. Together with EMLGE (Experiential Movement Lab Geneva) and Mia Jafari — author of Collaborating with Life: Re-awakening Human Creativity and Innovation in the Age of AI — we’ll explore what it means to relate to technology in ways that nourish both humanity and the living world.
Mia will introduce the core concepts of her new book, including how AI can be seen as a mirror for our inner lives, and how embracing seven guiding principles of life-centered innovation can transform our relationship with technology from one of fear into co-creative partnership.
Following this, we’ll move into an embodied exploration — a guided, experiential process inspired by the book’s life-centered framework and EMLGE’s movement-based methods — to help participants sense, feel, and engage with their own relationship to AI, creativity, and collective future.
The workshop blends thoughtful dialogue with embodied practice to help you reclaim your creativity, connect with others on a deeper level, and begin designing your own human-and-life-affirming paths with AI.
Experiential Movement Lab Geneva and Mia Jafari — author of Collaborating with Life, in collaboration with Impact Hub Geneva, is pleased to invite you to this workshop on 31st March at 18h30.

Experiential Movement Lab Geneva's mission is to help people discover the usefulness of embodiment practices for developing mastery of soft skills such as welcoming the unknown, supporting ideation processes, boosting innovation capabilities, and creating a sense of togetherness, amongst others.
Experiential Movement Lab Geneva is a spin-off of CERN IdeaSquare. This innovation space at CERN has been for many years an incubator for groundbreaking practices in innovative processes. Tuuli and Romain developed their embodiment approach to innovation in this special context, supporting the following organizations with their work: TU Delft, ESADE, Royal College of Art, Zurich University of the Art, and Swinburne University.
Don’t hesitate to invite your friends as well, and stay after the workshops to mingle with like-minded individuals interested in innovative practices (for community work, coaching, facilitation, design thinking, and more).
