From Doer to Developer is a practical 6-week leadership workshop designed for new and emerging leaders who want structure, clarity, and confidence in how they lead.

This experience focuses on helping leaders shift from solving every problem themselves to developing people who can think, act, and grow independently.

Over six weeks, participants will learn the QALMS coaching framework, a simple structure for developing people and building ownership.

You will learn how to:

• Stop being the “answer machine”
• Build accountability without micromanaging
• Turn everyday work into development opportunities
• Have learning conversations that improve performance
• Understand what actually motivates your team
• Create a weekly leadership rhythm that prevents burnout

This is a 6-week in-person workshop series designed for practical application.

Each session includes:
• Brief teaching
• Real leadership scenarios
• Small group discussion
• Hands-on exercises
• Weekly fieldwork to apply what you learn

Participants will receive tools they can immediately use with their teams.

By the end of the series, participants will leave with:

• A Personal Coaching Script
• 1 Employee Development Plan
• A 90-Day Intentional Leadership Plan
