About this Event
Cross-functional teams are under increasing pressure to deliver faster while coordinating across product, engineering, and stakeholder disciplines. AI offers the promise of shortening time to market. Yet most are applying it tactically — as a coding shortcut — and leaving the biggest efficiency gains on the table. The real opportunity is using AI as an amplifier across the entire product lifecycle, from discovery through operations.
This talk introduces AI-First Product Engineering, a practical methodology for supporting the entire product lifecycle. Adam Wynne, Founder and Principle Consultant at Wynne Technologies, will show how AI agents can turn discovery output into personas, use cases, and PRDs, then carry that product intent forward into technical specification and implementation so it doesn't get lost in the handoff to engineering.
Adam will also share counterintuitive lessons from building with this approach, including essential guardrails for maintaining customer-centricity and preventing the kinds of failures that come with moving faster.
Attendees will gain practical principles for integrating AI into product delivery and a clearer picture of what it actually takes to make AI work across the full value stream.
