From Darkness to Light Day RetreatHeld at the beautiful Peacehaven Retreat Centre, The Lookout, Peacehaven, East Sussex, this day retreat will take us on a journey to open our heart and embrace our divine light.
The day will include:
* Meditation and intention setting
* Sound bath
* Light language
* Reiki healing
* Cacao ceremony
* Goddess prayer
* Honouring the day and our own journey from darkness to light
* Time for journaling and relaxing in the gorgeous gardens
* A woodfired sauna is also available to use.
There will be an opportunity to purchase a healing session during the day.
A tasty and nutritional vegetarian lunch will be provided.

* Crystal Healing
This day will be led by myself and the wonderful sound bath healer Alison McNamara.
