We'll look from elite country estates to the rapid rise of big businesses and big brick apartment buildings, to the streetcar and business district that defined the street as it thrived as an urban powerhouse. Finally, we'll look at what caused the downfall of N. 16th St. and what could happen next. This is a Zoom-based presentation to the in-person group or viewers online, too.
