About this Event

When we face adversity in our lives, we often develop coping strategies that help us get through the negative experiences we are facing. However, sometimes those coping tools and strategies can have negative impacts on other aspects of our lives. In this workshop, we will explore the coping strategies we have developed in our lives and how to move toward wellness tools.
