About the speaker:
Adam Cogan is the Chief Architect at SSW, where he’s been building and modernising enterprise .NET and Azure systems since 1990 for clients including Microsoft, CBA, and Aurecon. A long-time Microsoft MVP (Azure DevOps) and one of only a few Microsoft Regional Directors in Australia, he shares what he’s learning through adamcogan.com, frequent SSW TV interviews, and talks that blend real-world architecture with practical DevOps and delivery lessons.
Known for high-energy sessions and no-fluff opinions, Adam trains developers globally as a Certified Scrum Trainer and mentors teams on Scrum, DevOps, and scalable architecture (with a sharp eye for UX). He’s also the founder and mentor behind SSW’s FireBootCamp, and the author of thousands of best-practice “rules” that developers use to ship better software, faster.
