Theresa Garvin

Founder of The Life You Imagine | lifeyouimagine.org

Creator of the Thriving Families Model

Theresa has spent over 35 years as a psychotherapist and licenced clinical social worker, working in a variety of settings, including 12 years in private practice. She has worked with kids, teens, young adults, families, and individual adults. She also spent seven years teaching at Boston College, Graduate School of Social Work.

In 2018, she didn’t quite realize that she was in search of a change not only in her career path, but also in her life. That is when she discovered the path of Transformational Coaching, and she began as a client in this work. In 2020, she decided to become trained and certified as a Transformational Coach. In December of 2022, she closed out her private psychotherapy practice, and opened her new business, The Life You Imagine.

While she loves guiding adults through this proven, reliable system of transformation, she also created a family version of this work, and the families she has taken through this model over the past two years have achieved amazing results, such as; more open and effective communication, consistent structure and routines at home, clear expectations, limits and boundaries, and more quality time and shared experiences.

"Theresa’s coaching work and courses can be life-changing for anyone, and her gift is ideal for families. I got coaching sessions for myself as a business owner, but the biggest win was the change that took place in our family. I used the techniques from the coaching to help my husband first, and he is especially using the forgiveness tools now on himself and for our children. When I see our family laughing and sharing, I pinch myself and thank God for Theresa’s help. Sometimes in life you find a Gem that changes you and everything. Enrolling in Theresa’s coaching is one of those gems!"

Creator and Co-host of the The Wavy Brain Podcast

After spending 18+ years in corporate brand marketing at Nike, Levi's, Nest/Google, and Keds, Lindsay Binette founded The Wavy Brain, an ADHD Coaching and Neurodiversity Advisory Practice. Her personal journey with ADHD evolved into a passion for neurodiversity support, education, and advocacy.

As part of her coaching practice, Lindsay specializes in working with career-focused and entrepreneurial adults, collaborating with them to leverage their neurodivergence as a strength in the workplace.

Lindsay also advises companies of all sizes to educate on neurodiversity and weave it into their core company values for a more inclusive workplace and authentic company culture.

"The thing I like most about Lindsay is she just simply gets me. I've worked with a few coaches before and it's such a relief to work with someone who naturally brings out my problem solving capabilities through the collective energy we experience in sessions. We've come up with so many exciting ideas along the way and I'm grateful to have someone who helps me orgainize my thoughts, stay on track, point out when I'm using my natural ADHD abilities, and keep me motivated. I'm more confident in myself than ever before, have clarity about the path forward and can't imagine a better coach to be working with."
