Katie holds Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional credentials from the National Apartment Association, where she actively contributes as an NAAEI Advanced Facilitator.
Currently, as the President and CEO of Katie Rigsby Inspires, LLC, she offers consulting services and education to enhance property management professionals' skills in customer service, sales, marketing, leadership, and Fair Housing compliance.
