Join us at Regent for a tasting exploring Nowhere Bourbon alongside a Heyday Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout and a Martinborough Pinot Noir from Grava Wines.
This guided session looks at how oak drives flavour across categories - from spirit, to beer, to wine - and how that translates in the glass and on the floor.

- Nowhere Bourbon - born in the US, finished in NZ Pinot Noir barrels
- Heyday No Man’s Land Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout - brewed using ex-Nowhere Bourbon barrels
- Grava Martinborough Pinot Noir - a benchmark expression of Martinborough Pinot Noir
We’ll walk through each pour, how they connect, and what carries through from barrel to glass - with a focus on flavour, positioning, and how each product can work in a venue setting.
