From Awkwardness to Ease - Workshop for practice dates and feedback

You're smart, capable, and successful in your career but on dates you overthink every word. You feel tense around people you're attracted to and wonder if you're giving off the wrong signals.

You don't need pickup lines. You need real social skills.

This 3-hour interactive workshop teaches you how to feel at ease in dating situations. You won't perform or pretend. Instead, you'll understand how your nervous system works and what actually makes you attractive.

• Why awkwardness happens: Work with your nervous system instead of against it.
• The #1 thing that makes you feel attractive: Hint: it's emotional safety, not confidence.
• How to recover from awkward moments in real time: Use practical micro-skills to stop spiraling or ghosting.
• How to show interest without pressure: Express attraction in ways that feel natural for both of you.
• Your personal social pattern: Identify the one area that matters most like overthinking, withdrawal, or performance.

This isn't information overload. You'll practice skills in low-pressure, guided interactions with real-time feedback in a safe environment.

The workshop is structured, predictable, and ND-friendly. You'll always know what's happening and why it's happening. We tell you exactly what's expected of you. No forced conversation exists here. No performance pressure exists either.

• The thoughtful professional: You're confident at work but unsure in social situations.
• The overthinker: You replay conversations and want clarity.
• The quiet connector: You aren't antisocial but you're unsure how to build momentum.
• The masked "confident" guy: You look fine on the outside but feel exhausted inside.

(Neurodivergent men often find this especially helpful but that's not required.)

• 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Men-only foundation. We understand patterns and practice core skills.
• 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM: Break.
• 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM: Guided mixed-group practice. We use clear structure and facilitator support.

Women participate as practice partners, not evaluators. This is skill-building but it isn't a dating competition.
