About this Event
Many owners are overwhelmed by routine work that keeps them busy but does not move the business forward. As part of our Wednesday Workshop Series for established entrepreneurs, this session will help participants distinguish between AI assistance, where AI helps a person complete a task faster, and AI automation, where a trigger starts a process, AI performs a step, and the result goes somewhere useful.
Participants will learn how to identify routine tasks that are good candidates for AI, decide what should stay human, and design one simple workflow they can test right away.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Recognize the difference between AI assistance and AI automation
- Identify repetitive, predictable, low-risk tasks that are good candidates for automation
- Decide whether work should be eliminated, automated, delegated, or kept by the owner
- Avoid automating tasks that require judgment, nuance, or sensitive customer handling
- Design a simple AI workflow using a trigger, data, AI step, destination, and human review
- Test a small workflow before investing in more complex systems
This session is designed for entrepreneurs who want to stop spending owner time on work that does not require the owner and start using AI where it creates real relief, consistency, and capacity.
