This Friendsgiving, we’re opening up our cosy Hox Apartments in Vienna, Barcelona, and Rome for a series of intimate dinners that bring it back to what really counts: good company, good food, and good vibes.
We’ve teamed up with Copenhagen’s Eat Wasted to give the ol’ Thanksgiving a clever twist - think pasta made from recycled bread waste, free-flowing wine and beer, and tables full of new friends. Our kitchen’s getting playful with the Wasted pasta - comforting, clever, and a little unexpected - and 25% of proceeds from the night will go to BINARIO 95, Rome's local shelter supporting people in need.

SALAD STARTER
Oak leaf lettuce, radicchio, pears, potato peel chips, pickled onions and radishes, caciotta cheese

MAIN COURSE
Eat Wasted casarecce pasta with pumpkin, chestnuts, pecorino fondue, and crispy black kale

DESSERT
Bread pudding with honey, cinnamon, and crème anglaise
Caramelized crispy bread, dark chocolate, and bread & honey ice cream
