The Gr8ful Project helps people live happier by offering simple weekly activities that support mental health- like connecting in community.

Our weekly song circles use music and gratitude to generate positive, loving energy within ourselves and ripple it outward into the universe.

This event is free, but we’re inviting attendees to donate to Joy’s Kitchen, helping rescue food and feed families in need this holiday season!

All are welcome to join us at 6:00pm for a Friendsgiving dinner before the music begins.
A full meal will be provided — additional drinks, snacks, or desserts are welcome but never required.
