Whether you’re a longtime member or just joining us, this wellness-focused event is the perfect way to meet like-minded women, make new friends, and embrace a little self-care in a warm, welcoming space.

What to Expect:

Yoga Flow with Kambri Preciado: Start with a grounding yoga session led by Kambri, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher known for her inspiring blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. From Bali to Denver and now in Miami, Kambri brings a calming, transformative energy to every class.

Connect and Converse: Chat and mingle with amazing women in an intimate group setting post flow.

Networking: Meet and mingle with inspiring women who share your passion for wellness, connection, and personal growth.

Beverage Bar: Refresh yourself with wellness shots and smoothies to keep your energy up.

About Kambri:

Kambri Preciado is a passionate 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher whose journey began with her own transformative experiences. After intensive training in Bali and Denver, Kambri now calls Miami home and is excited to create a community through her teaching. Her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, creating a supportive space where everyone can connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and find balance. Suitable for all levels, her sessions focus on building physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes to find parking and settle into the space for a soft landing so that we are able to begin class together on time, making the most of our morning. There is parking out front of the Tinye Swim HQ, as well as along the street out front of the complex. You will find our suit at the very end of the complex.
