But this time, we’re adding a powerful goal-setting session to kick off the new year with intention ✨

What does your ticket include?
🧘🏻♀️ Breathwork Class by No Name Studios: This will be a gentle introduction to a dynamic breath class (nothing too wild / emotionally-charged) and perfect for both first-timers or seasoned professionals! Our flow will be guided by Liz at No Name Studios in Brunswick.
🖊️ Goal Setting Session: Dive into a dedicated session to map out your personal and social goals for 2025. You’ll get goal-setting cards to capture your intentions.
🎉 Socialize & Connect: After the class, mingle with like-minded individuals with icebreakers and conversation starters to put you at ease.
