The Friends of the Library are back with their amazing book sale! They’ll have gently used books for adults and kids, so you’ll have a chance to snap up some great items while supporting your library. This year, the sale will last for two days, in celebration of the library’s 40th Birthday!When: Saturday, May 16 AND Sunday, May 17, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
Where: Library Plaza (outside the library)
Cost: by donation, with all proceeds going to support Whistler Public Library
The Friends will be collecting book donations from April 20 to May 8. Donation boxes will be located at The Re-Use It Centre (8000 Nesters Road), Creekside Market (2071 Lake Placid Road), and Whistler Public Library (4329 Main Street). They are ONLY accepting adult fiction (novels), biographies, and all children’s & teen books (No adult non-fiction, cookbooks, magazines, or DVDs/CDs!).
