We were asked by a long-time friend to join the Friends of the 4th parade in Le Mars on the 4th of July. We are going to open this parade to ALL our TTA students if you are enrolled in the 2026 Summer season or the 2026-2027 Fall season. Please consider coming to march, wave and hand out candy for this parade. WHEN: 4TH OF JULY
TIME: The parade starts at 11:00 am. Line begins at 9:30 am along 8th Street SW (aka the Boulevourd)
ROUTE: will start from 8th Street SW – head North on Central Ave to 2nd St SW- Turn West (Left)on 2nd St SW to the Museum. The parade will not go through downtown and will not cross the railroad tracks.
BRING: Yourself, a good tennis/street/walking shoe, and gloves for those that wish to do a cartwheel or 2. Hair needs to be up and away from the face for safety.
WHAT TO WEAR: Your best, your favorite red, white and blue colors! If your child is a gymnast or cheerleader and they will be turning upside down, please have something under the t-shirt.
