🍞Sourdough Basics 101 Workshop: Learn to Bake Like an Artisan!Ready to master the art of sourdough? Grab a friend or come solo and make a new friend(s) and join me for a fun and interactive workshop where you'll learn to create your very own traditional artisan sourdough loaf!
😻There’s something really special about gathering around bread, and even more special when it’s for a cause that cares for our furry friends. 🐾🍞 I am so excited to partner with Friends of Felines for a cozy, hands-on Sourdough Basics 101 workshop where we’ll spend the evening learning, baking, tasting, and giving back.
This workshop is $135 per person and includes everything you need during the workshop (all supplies provided), guided instruction, sourdough sampling from A Love for Sourdough, and one drink of your choice from The Beanery in Solomons (both caffeinated and non-caffeinated options).
Most importantly, $15 from every single ticket will be donated directly back to Friends of Felines😻to support the amazing work they do in our community. If you would like to make an additional donation, you will have the option to do so before you check out.

🕒 What to Expect:
3.5-4 hours of hands-on, step-by-step instruction from Michana, the owner and baker at A Love for Sourdough.
Leave with the knowledge and confidence to bake a perfect sourdough loaf at home for family and friends.
All supplies are provided for the event. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm to learn the art of sourdough!
You will leave with;
-your own starter that we feed in class,
-a bowl to transport your starter dough that you finish at home and bake,
-a fresh-baked loaf ready to enjoy with friends and family.
☕️🧋Enjoy light refreshments and a tasting of various sourdough breads to inspire your own creations.
A detailed printed reference how-to PDF is included to guide you after the class.
👩🍳 What to Bring:
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy, or bring an apron.
Come ready for a fun, flour-filled experience with friends!
