This holiday season, you're invited to join us for a special event dedicated to reimagining healthy neighborhoods through intentional real estate development. Our community think tank is a collaborative space where local residents, business leaders, academics, and policymakers come together to address the challenges and opportunities facing our community. Join us as we explore innovative and sustainable opportunities to holistically improve our environment and strengthen community ties. Together, we can make a meaningful impact this holiday season and beyond!
Event Highlights:
- Innovative Connections: Mix and Mingle with engaging in thought-provoking conversations about real estate development, housing, education, community organizing and social justice.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with diverse stakeholders, entrepreneurs and organizations committed to enhancing our community.
- Community Spotlight: Brief presentations by developer sponsors and local charity reps.
- Photo Booth: Fun props and backdrops for memorable pictures and marketing
- Community Give-Back: Bring winter wear and/or non-perishable food items to donate to local charities, reinforcing our commitment to supporting others in need.
- Complimentary Dinner: Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, all guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary buffet dinner and drink specials, graciously provided by FLOCK.
Ticket Information: When you secure your ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to make a donation to non-profits that support community enhancement and sustainability. Don’t show empty handed! Remember to bring winter wear and non-perishable items to donate at the door. Your contributions will make a meaningful impact to our community!
Non Profit Organizations:
PIVOT provides pathways for women from Pr*son to purpose. This organization is dedicated to empowering women through a holistic reentry program that addresses their unique challenges.
By providing comprehensive support and resources, they foster resilience and create pathways to a brighter future.
Any amount helps, but here are some ideas:
- $20 - Covers one woman's weekly transportation
- $50 - Sponsors one community meal
- $100 - Contributes to one group workplace readiness workshop
- $250 - Provides peer recovery support for one woman
- $500 - Covers program materials and supplies for the full cohort
- $1,000 - Sponsors the weekly stipends for 3 women to complete the program

Boys & Girls Clubs of Maryland (BGCMD) consists of nine independent Boys & Girls Club organizations statewide. Local Clubs across Maryland play a critical role in meeting the unique needs of families in their own communities.
