Dear Friend and Music / Arts Enthusiast. By now many of you are aware of the devastation and tragedy caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton (September 26 2024 and October 9 2024) to coastal and mountain communities alike. The impact of these ferocious storms is unprecedented. While heroic efforts have been waged by organizations and individuals to recover and restore life it will likely take years to overcome the grief and loss of culturally and historically significant thriving communities in affected regions where people now struggle just to survive. With advance of cold and Winter weather the need for food water clothing and shelter - necessities for living - is even greater. Many of the places where people gather to work learn create celebrate in community have vanished. It is this need that inspires our hearts and drives to us to help provide financial support as friends neighbors and even family members. NOW we ask for your support.
We are a collective of musicians artists friends and community members wishing to help others by putting on a concert to enliven the senses and stir the soul with proceeds going directly to two communities we feel most connected to: Asheville North Carolina and Saint Petersburg Florida.

WHO: Musicians dancers singer-songwriters poets offering time and talent for this purpose. Drum and Dance by Oneonta Drum Circle and Dance Group; Devotional music by Oneonta Kirtan; Appalachian folk music; local singer-songwriters; a host of players finishing w/a Mountain Jam.
