The perfect way to end your busy working week, de-stress, renew and reconnect to the self.The class blends both the Yin and Yang Yoga styles into one practice for everyone.
Our bodies spend way too much time in "the fight or flight" mode which wreaks havoc on our physical and emotional systems causing unwanted stress, worry and anxiety.
By combining both the Yin aspect of yoga (the feminine, internal, passive floor based cooling, calming practice) and the Yang aspect of of yoga (the masculine more external, dynamic, warming, energizing practice), into one practice will allow you to find balance for your body and mind. Each class will end with a guided yoga Nidra meditation.
This class is suitable for complete beginners and also those who have a yoga practice already or are in training, running, cycling, dance who want to keep there body at optimum fitness. It will complement an already active life or help those who feel distracted by “mind chatter”.
