About this Event
Set yourself up for the weekend with this joyful 60 minute vinyasa flow class. We practice gentle breathing techniques, strengthen the body through yoga poses, and explore some optional challenges with a playful approach.
Who is this class for?
It is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. There will be options and modifications offered throughout the flow, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and take agency of your practice. #
What do you need?
Please bring your own mat, comfortable clothing, and any props you like to use (yoga bricks, straps, blanket, ...).
How much does it cost?
Standard price is £10 per session. Community price is £7 per session, for low-income, NHS, service workers, or students. Supporter price is £12 per session.
