Flash tattoos are first come, first serve, and start at $20!
• You must be 18+ with a VALID ID. Ages 16 & 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and the proper documentation is required to be tattooed.
• Sign up starts at 11am and ends at 6pm. We do not stop tattooing until every name taken has been tattooed!!
• Up to 3 designs per person (you may get back in line and go again!)
• Designs are AS IS. Changes to the designs are not permitted.
• ARMS AND LEGS ONLY.
