Regulating meditation + Crystal Singing Bowls

Somatic meditation tones the vagus nerve, allowing the body to rest and recover and inviting your whole being to be at ease.

Somatic healing helps you address possibly what’s ungrounding you. Drop into the sound healings of crystal singing bowls • Deepen your compassionate self-understanding and bring the body to rest in community so you can replenish.

• Suggestions on what to bring: Meditation cushions & blankets, perhaps a sheepskin so you can settle in comfortably.

I wanted to take a moment to explain a little about somatic meditation and what to expect perhaps in this 90 min. session alongside the magical hertz of crystal singing bowls. Somatic meditation is a body-centered practice designed to move your conscious mind from the mind to the heart space. Cues, visualizations, and methods similar to tapping and sweeping for instance on the body yourself, are used to help flush the energy channels and regulate the nervous system producing or increasing a meditative state. I will fully guide you as best I can to your rich inner world. These sound offerings deepen this modality, allowing an opening of the heart. Working with an intimate group as such allows us to create the container needed for somatic release. My goal in my group-led meditations is for the space to allow authenticity of experience, so this offering is an invitation to the privacy to connect with yourself alongside fellows in their own process as well.
