Friday Nite Workshop: Cross Stitch Rose with Ana Alston

Cross-stitched roses are having a moment—and now you can create one of your own! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll transfer a charted rose design onto an 8” x 10” canvas and stitch it using basic cross stitch, an easy and approachable technique perfect for beginners.

You’ll learn how to properly transfer a pattern to canvas and choose between a red or pink color palette to make your piece uniquely yours. Step by step, you’ll bring your rose to life while learning a timeless stitching skill you can use again and again.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a finished (or nearly finished) cross-stitched rose artwork—a beautiful focal piece ready to display in your home.
