This is your invitation to end the week by stepping into the stillness. Your journey will consist of a guided meditation supported by crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and instruments being played both around and over you. Whether you are looking for a place to nourish your body after physical activity or a place to nourish your mind and soul, this event has something beneficial for anyone. Her own transformation as a recipient of sound healing led her to train with The Sound Healing Academy and other world-renowned practitioners.
