The CrossFit Open is for everyone! Every workout includes scaling options, so athletes of all levels can participate. You do NOT have to be in shape before you register. In fact the Open is a great starting point. It's a great motivator to try new movements, set a goal to improve and have fun with the Evolved CrossFit community. You are not competing against others, you are competing against yourself. Just showing up and seeing what you are made of, right now, is the goal. This is one of the most fun times of the year at Evolved CrossFit. Everyone gets together to cheer each other on! Participation costs only $10 if you are not a member. Free to current members and free to come and cheer on the athletes.
