The goal of a sound bath is to allow you to rest, meditate, and be inspired by the lush soundscape of acoustic and electronic music.
Allow yourself to rest and be inspired by the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, violin, gongs, and other instruments while thoughts and worries gently drift away and the body becomes lighter.

Natalie also offers coaching for individuals, and mentoring for sound healing practitioners. Sessions take place at several locations in Eastern Iowa; home visits and virtual sessions are also available.
