It's tradition around these parts that whenever you hear someone say "Go Bulldogs!", you have to reply "GO BULLDOGS!" GBD is Lancaster Improv Players longest running team; each show is a randomized selection of players from our entire community of students, coaches, and performers. that means once you finish an improv course at LIP, you can be a Bulldog, too!

Due to the size of our theater, there is a quick turnover time between our scheduled shows. If you purchase tickets to both events on Friday evening, you will be asked to wait outside during the break so that the next team can warm up before the audience returns.
LANCASTER IMPROV PLAYERS is an intimate black box venue located in the heart of Lancaster City. With a capacity of approximately 30 guests, that means this Lancaster comedy club is entirely front row. Not a nosebleed in sight! After all, BYOB is just a drink special you never get tired of.
