The first-ever Lancaster Cool Schools Mobile Polar Plunge is coming to JP McCaskey!Friday, March 13 at JP McCaskey High School - East
10am -2pm
This is a fully inclusive event and not limited to Unified programs. We strongly encourage schools to involve all sports teams in this experience.
It's a great opportunity to build connections across programs, promote school-wide inclusion, and strengthen positive athletic culture.
Bringing multiple teams together for this event helps reinforce the idea that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility and creates meaningful opportunities for students to support one another.

Join us for the Lancaster Cool Schools Polar Plunge on Friday, March 13 at JP McCaskey High School to experience the magic of Plunge and support Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes by jumping into our mobile plunge unit - Bear Force One!
Every dollar raised helps support vital programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality training, competition, and leadership opportunities for students at new and exsisting Special Olympics PA Unified Champion Schools!
Plungers commit to “Freezin’ for a Reason” and raise a minimum of $35 to dip a toe, wade, or jump into icy waters.
So, create your team and join thousands of plungers around the state in making a splash to support our athletes

Not quite ready to take the plunge? Register as a fundraiser and come cheer on our brave Plungers! While you are there, be sure to take a stroll through Plunge Town where you will find food, games, vendors, music, and more!
