Every other Friday, leave the stress of the week behind and join Tenaya Taylor for Gentle Yoga. This is a welcoming yoga experience, open to all levels, beliefs, abilities, and genders. Learn the foundations of yoga and grounding with gentle stretches and poses, guided breathing, and meditation.Bring water, a yoga mat, and a small towel (we will have extras if you need them). Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
All sessions are from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. There is no charge, but a free-will offering will be accepted. Questions? email [email protected].
