This summer, we’re inviting you to move, breathe, and simply be in one of the most soul-stirring spaces in the South.Held within the historic walls of Calshot Castle, an English Heritage site steeped in history and coastal beauty. We can't wait for you to get that Friday feeling with us in this amazing venue. Friday Night Flow at Calshot Castle is your moment to release, restore, and step into the weekend feeling good!
Led by Kate, this is a gentle, accessible session open to everyone. Kate’s nature-inspired flow focuses on steady, grounded movement and finding balance between effort and ease, strength and softness, energy and calm, movement and stillness. Her teaching carries that Friday feeling – helping you release tension, reconnect with your body and breath, and settle into deep relaxation as the week melts away.
What to expect
You’ll arrive as the evening light begins to soften. We’ll start with a gentle walk around the castle, breathing in the fresh sea air and soaking up the history of this coastal fort built by Henry VIII. With herbal tea to sip and the views of the Solent stretching out before you, we’ll move into calming, grounding flows designed to help you release the week and reset for the weekend ahead.
There’s something special about practicing here. The combination of history, architecture, and nature creates a space that encourages letting go. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centred, and nourished in a way that lasts.
Need to know
Arrive from 6:45pm to explore the castle and settle in (we start at 7pm)
This is an indoor session but please bring your own mat, water, and an extra layer for warmth.
