Come join us for Friday Night Flights, October 3rd, from 5pm-7pm. This is a free open house to the general public to view aircraft on display, learn more about your airport and its many uses. For our youth, you may have an opportunity to take flight on a short aircraft ride with a local pilot. There will be free hot dogs and chips and a ramp to explore.**AIRCRAFT RIDES are available to youth ages 8-17 and will be given by local volunteer pilots. This is made available by locals generously donating their time and aircraft. We will offer 100 seats in 100 minutes. Tickets are free, but limited and given out the day of the event starting at 5:00. Flights are subject to cancellation in the event of poor weather.
***VOLUNTEERS are welcome and encouraged to email [email protected]. Volunteer opportunities include cooking, security, loading/unloading flights, static displays and other miscellaneous duties.
****VENDORS - if you are an aeronautical related business and would like to participate, please email [email protected] to coordinate. We would love to have you (displays, showcase, hiring, educate).
